It’s a new moon practice! The new moon is traditionally a time of contemplation, diving in to the cave of the heart, moving in to the inner explorations of awareness and experience. This will be a practice rich with hip and leg openers, side stretches and a few special treats. We'll be gathering in a beautiful space in the Whitney Towers Apartments in Watertown, MA with space to potluck or gather afterward if the spirit moves you. Click here to register.
Bhakti Fire: The radiant wildness of the devoted heart-- full of life, transformation, illumination. A joint offering, I'll be leading a heart-opening, playful asana flow that will lead into 45 minutes of kirtan led by Usha and Shawna.

Join me and Juliet Loranger , on the first Thursday evening of each month, for a two hour practice of depth and discovery to reveal and expand your relationship to yoga and yourself. We combine our 30 years of teaching, our exuberant love of process, and our well-defined instruction to create an experience that will bring each practitioner to a place of strength with a curious heart. These classes are designed to included information about how to gain a better understanding of yoga asanas (poses). This information is potent to creating a-ha moments in familiar poses as it is pertinent to the process of developing more access to intermediate and advanced poses. There is a lot of joy to go around, a lot of support and some sweet rest at the end. Register at www.allthatmatters.com. Held in Providence, RI.
I'm so delighted to be teaching this again. This time, our first meeting will be with all the teachers offering this program at our 3 studios. I'll be offering the course with Dorie O'Halloran and Joan Dwyer. The first meeting is in East Greenwich on Sunday, September 24th from 2-4:30pm. After that, there will be weekly meetings at the Providence studio on Mondays, 7:30-8:45pm. I have found this to be an enriching, nourishing, and supportive course to deepen your practice and to support a new practice.
